Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using eNotePad ("Service"), including drafting notes, sharing or accessing content via secret codes, joining Convo Rooms, or creating a user account, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the platform.
Description of Service
eNotePad provides web-based digital curator utilities designed for fast, frictionless information sharing:
Secret Code Sharing
Ephemeral notes accessible via unique 6-character access codes across devices.
Live Convo Rooms
Real-time collaborative workspaces for multi-user note creation and messaging.
CodeShare IDE
Multi-language collaborative code editor with in-browser Python, JS, and HTML execution.
User Conduct & Content Rules
You are entirely responsible for all text, files, images, and code snippets you transmit or execute through eNotePad. You expressly agree NOT to:
- block Upload or share unlawful, threatening, infringing, or defamatory materials.
- block Distribute malicious software, viruses, trojans, phishing links, or spyware.
- block Execute harmful scripts, infinite fork bombs, crypto-mining routines, or network flooding attacks via the CodeShare runner.
- block Engage in automated denial-of-service, brute-force access attempts, or scraping.
PIN & Access Security
When you set a private PIN on a secret code note, you are solely responsible for remembering the PIN. Because PINs are hashed before transmission, eNotePad staff cannot recover or reset PINs for anonymous shared notes.
Intellectual Property & Ownership
Your Content Remains Yours: We claim no intellectual property rights or ownership over any notes, text, or files you submit to eNotePad. By sharing a note via secret code, you grant eNotePad solely the limited technical license necessary to store, transmit, and display your content to authorized recipients.
Note Availability & Ephemeral Lifecycle
Anonymous notes are designed to be ephemeral and expire after 20 minutes. eNotePad is not intended as an archival backup service for critical permanent data unless saved within a registered account. We encourage users to export important notes locally.
Limitation of Liability
eNotePad is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Under no circumstances shall eNotePad or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from data loss, network outages, or unauthorized access.
Modifications & Contact
We reserve the right to revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service following any updates constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
